Navigating the 2018 ACH Rules
During this one-hour session EPCOR will give a detailed review of 2018 ACH Rules changes from a financial professional’s viewpoint so that you can navigate compliance and understand the impacts to your product and services offerings, from your unique perspective. After a brief overview of the significance and importance of ACH Rules compliance, we will take a close-up look at two high-impact ACH Rules changes that took effect in 2018 – Same Day ACH Phase 3 and Third-Party Sender Registration, including the risks, benefits, and financial impacts of these Rule changes for financial institutions and companies.
Brian Laverdure is the Director, Emerging Payments Education for EPCOR, the largest Regional Payments Association in the US. Brian is currently responsible for developing and presenting EPCOR’s training on emerging payments technology and trends, with a particular focus on faster payments. Brian obtained his AAP in 2013. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from UNC-Asheville and a Master’s degree in American History from UNC-Greensboro.
