Jennifer has held executive-level finance, sales, marketing, and operations positions and played a key role in strategic planning efforts for organizations in the financial services, business services, and education industries. Jennifer has consulted on complex business issues to improve organizational performance in the corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors.
In addition, Jennifer's experience spans the fields of finance, adult education, and human capital. She has authored several dozen academic and practitioner articles and helped create the Human Capital Lab at Bellevue University as the inaugural Director. She currently serves as an associate professor of finance and management at Midland University and runs a successful human capital strategy consulting company (JAM Group).
Jennifer holds a Ph.D. from Iowa State University in Family & Consumer Sciences Education with an emphasis in Financial Planning, as well as an MBA and BSBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
